How can we hate something so much yet not know it? Be so oblivious to the fact that this one thing completely divides and rapes us all of our life yet be so desparate for it. Relationships are ruined over it, prevented because of it's effects, while the urge to have it makes and breaks most while not even blinking an eye or shouting once.

I don't think I've ever realized how close you could be next to someone...while being the furthest away. How could you have it all, yet realize that you'd rather have none of it at all to feel like it all? Does that make sense, or am I actually just being what would you call it, ungrateful or wanting too much?

How hard is it for me to descend and appease my hunger with her bread, and quench my thirst with her wine?

Yet how hard is it to reveal or discover the secret of her joy and pain? To only want her larger self that walks the skies...

What's wrong with giving your friend your best? If they must know the good, why not let them know the bad and ugly as well?

Label someone a friend yet you go with only with hours to kill, what about hours to live?

CNN is officially the new Comedy Central. They must've changed channels without letting anyone know. Take a few, and check it out. Be prepared for the ensuing laughter, but just realize that they believe you're a total moron. Oh and completely unaware of anything because you're too busy working and taking kids to school. Or too busy watching BET or MTV, oh and we won't even go too deep into ESPN today. I still haven't eaten or meditated yet...

But they definitely have taken a few pages from that new how to guide: The Carson Daly Approach.

Stuart Scott might not have popped out of nowhere but I without question don't remember him being so umm "down". I can't say without doubt if he's being told to be more black or if he's just trying to earn his ghetto pass. But either way it's eerily reminiscent of the former TRL host who some would call a catalyst responsible for dumbing down an entire generation.

Don't you just miss the days of Mr. Daly going from being the biggest teenybopper supporter (screaming and jumping on Justin Timberlake's back) while N' Sync's on but somehow mustering up the strength to channel his gangsta state of mind while 50 cent is coincidentally on the next day.

 Learn more, feel more, think more.  Music is the universal language... no distractions, barriers.  Select your words carefully, and mean what you say.  Confusion and misunderstandings are the nail and hammer in our times and from what I can see past ones as well.
