I've been hearing alot of chatter about a brand out of New York called Karma Sutra. While they have yet to hit LA they are takin New York's high end boutiques by storm. They are basically a sort of not as high priced jean, so you'll get that premium made in USA quality without the $300 price tag, well maybe a $100-140 price tag lol. Hit up the message board and tell me what you think. I also put additional pics in a post on the board so you can see some of the other styles a little bit better.

It's Paris Hilton's new car!!! I seriously just don't get it sometimes. Today's lesson is to stay away from rhinestones, jewels, whatever you want to call them. They are hideously tacky and very very gaudy in a bad way lol. Any questions, check out the message board.

Well for my true commercial denim lovers I've just learned that both Rock & Republic and Seven (eww) are launching full collections as is another brand which I know I've forgotten for a reason lol.

Also Helmut Lang is not going under lol, in fact they've hired a couple of designers from a brand based in LA (True clothing) to head the design team.

Smart move, they needed it, and Juicy Couture (Ouch they suck) have launched a full infants, newborns, and lafayette line which is supposed to launch in October I believe.

Ok I'm done with the news, I gotta get back to raiding revolve for the newest items they've gotten in. While I'm doin that, be sure to check out the message boards.

Now I know I've heard it all, Tommy Hilfiger punched Axl Rose over a seat in VIP. I mean the guy in the pic (the old white guy, not the gangsta lookin one) actually punched something other than a pillow, I guess VIP is that important lol. But then again maybe he is kinda crazy after all, he looks like he's ready to jump out at us for lookin at the pic and laughin.

I hope everyone is having as good of a weekend (my weekends start Fridays, sorry) as I am right now. The sun is shining in LA and I've already found three pair of shoes that I've been droolin over for a few months now. But the biggest problem is that I missed both Will & Grace and Prison Break which is for sure my number one guilty pleasure. Hopefully I can luck up on a copy or find someone who tivoed them. Well gotta get back to this game, go Cleveland, well gooo Lebron loll. Oh and I hope everyone ends up telling me how Da Vinci Code is because I refuse to sit in a movie and watch it.

Oh and I get to kill two birds with one stone on these jeans, well for one white jeans are NEVER the right way to go and I hate Habitual. They are subpar jeans with mediocre styling and construction, so basically they suck. Just another example of a brand trying to cash in on the hot trend not elevate it.

So it's really looking like Capris are going to be the thing to wear this summer. I actually have been apart of the no-capri party for sometime now but with some of the styles I've seen I guess I'll come around afterall. Well my advice is to make sure you get a couple of pairs with a great fit from your waist all the way to your knees. I hate the really loose ones, they look like farmer gear. Well even though I'm pretty hesitant to go out and buy this brand (lets face it, I hate them) Antik actually came around this time with a really nice pair. Not too over the top like you've come to know with this brand, they are actually just enough on fit and styling.

I am really confused about alot of things right now, well one of them is how come Vegas can really get away with cheating millions of people out of their hard earned money. Seriously, they blind people with the bright lights and by not displaying the time anywhere in the casinos. I can't believe that there is literally a city thriving on misfortune lol. Well another thing I'm confused about is why people go to Vegas and let them take all of their money lol. Well I know I didn't do that, I actually won...$20. Well I was happy with my meager winnings and cashed out as soon as possible. They're not going to take away my jean money hahahaha.

WHOOAAA! I guess I have been seein these jeans for a while now but I am really starting to think twice about them. Stitch's actually started doin the Da-Nang surplus pants that we've all came to love. But they used that same uber-coolness and applied it to denim and now really have something good on their hands. They use the most unusual indigoes and age them in antique redwood laundry barrells. Seriously some deep stuff, you should definitely think twice about trying these on next time you're at Kitson or somewhere in Soho. I own a pair and I really swear by them right now and that's hard considering I own about 70 pairs of jeans.

Well it looks like this weekend will be pretty crazy on my end. As I'm typin to the world I am being rushed by the cab driver who I will think twice about tipping now lol. Just kiddin, tip your cab drivers, I'm a witness that they will help you later. Well I'm leavin to Vegas for the night to do a little partying and will leave Saturday for SFO to meet with a couple of stores. Hope to check out a few places while I'm there. Oh and I will finally get to listen to the hottest album I've bought this month: GNARLS BARKLEY! Seriously I'm loving this group and I hate it but Panic at the Disco is speakin to me as well. Hey to all, another couple of hectic days but I just found out a few crazy pieces of info.
The cult denim label we love to really see everyone hate and not wear has finally heard my complaints about their horrid denim and are now calling off the whole operation. LOL! I finally put someone about of business lol. But it's crazy, first Paper Denim in Costco and now this happens. What's next, Seven Jeans making sizes for fat people, oops too late. Well for the brands that I know are hot, I've really been checkin out 575 and I'm loving what they have.

Ok, sorry guys, I have been working on the craziest stuff these past few days so sorry for the delay. I just got wind of a party going down for MTV Music Awards next month that is supposed to blow everyone's minds. Too bad you won't be there lol!

I just caught the most recent episode of Punkd and it left me wondering: is Elijah Wood really gay? I looked at his mannerisms and it just popped into my head but hey who knows lol.

Now about the PIC, is it just me or has SJP lost it all, seriously she went from being one of the most talked about style icons of our time and now to become such a well you see the pic lol. I still miss Sex and The City, BRING IT BACK PLEASE!

This past weekend has been a whirlwind. Congrats to every envied person I know that attended the important day of Coachella: you suck lol I kid I promise! I seriously still want to check out Gnarles Barkley because as you all know I'm in love with them right now. Luckily I was able to catch them playin at the Roxy last week, "I THINK YOU'RE CRAZY"! Well either way I left a pic for everyone else to feel my pain of missin the show lol. Oh and if you haven't checked Flight United 93, you really should, it will change the way you think about flying forever lol. Well that and I don't get so upset about those random searches lol.
